Managing Apparel design assistant. Gaining a direct report and helping with their growth and improvement in the company. Teaching and encouraging them through all steps of the apparel lifecycle.
Planning and creating the product that will sit in Offline stores along with what capsules will sit best in Aerie’s floor set. Laying out the floor set for Offline stores and developing color runs.
Working closely with production, product development and merchant teams to continue to curate and develop the right products for our new customer base.

Associate Designer- Offline Apparel

Managing all of apparel for Offline, from tech pack to fit to approval stages. Taking on 8 categories total in the past year.

Upon the hiring of both the senior and assistant designers on my team, training and helping manage the team through the transition.
Planning and creating the product that will sit in Offline stores along with what capsules will sit best in Aerie’s floor set. Laying out the floor set for Offline stores and developing color runs.
Working closely with production, product development and merchant teams to continue to curate and develop the right products for our new customer base.

Assistant Designer- Offline Total Brand

Selected by Creative Director as one of two designers to spearhead the creation of Offline that will grow through Aerie and have up to 10 stand alone store by 2021.
Managing all of apparel for Offline, from tech pack to fit to approval stages, while also participating in the creation of leggings and bras. Taking on 8 categories total in the past year.
Planning and creating the product that will sit in Offline stores along with what capsules will sit best in Aerie’s floor set. Laying out the floor set for Offline stores and developing color runs.
Being a key player in our leggings business growing almost triple to last year.
Designed the Tik Tok viral cross-over legging

Assistant Designer- Aerie Sleep and Bottoms

June 2018 - August 2019

Taking over the sleep category, managing the design, proposing fabrics, and fully creating tech packs, while participating in the design and creation of the balance of the team’s products
Propelling the Bottoms category into the top performing apparel business across the company for 20 weeks straight.
Presenting all soft bottoms and sleep to cross functional teammates and directors in internal sketch reviews .
Working alongside the apparel and intimate teams to create a floorset, building out all choice counts for each season.
